Bellisima will exchange any unworn items with original handtags within 7 days of receiving your items (EXCLUDING SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS). Please send us an e-mail FIRST with the order name, number and let us know the reason for the exchange at the CONTACT tab.Customer is responsible for the cost of the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
